Course Description

This session, delivered by a qualified MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) Assessor and Professional Coach, increases participant understanding of differences in communication and influencing style. Participants gain an enhanced awareness of how our personality impacts on our influencing skills. We explore how to, and when, we need to adjust approach to maximise how to communicate with and influence others. It will equip participants with practical skills to support them to communicate and influence more effectively. Our personality impacts on which activities we prefer to do, how we approach them, the sort of people we work best with and the types of environment that we prefer to be in. An enhanced understanding of our personality can help us to identify more clearly the critical factors that determine how satisfying a future choice is likely to be. You will be required to complete an online personality questionnaire before the session, which takes around 30 minutes, followed by feedback and coaching.
