Suhel is the Lead Consultant and Founder of Consultancy & Facilitation Ltd. He has 30+ years of operational and strategic management experience in higher education, management consulting, training and development, life sciences and defence industries.

As a leadership and management practitioner, Suhel has led large teams with 50+ people, projects valued over £12m, and professional learning and development programmes serving 75 member organisations with 10K+ service users across the UK.
